Small but perfect! A lovely base for exploring, the house was spotless and very well equipped. Mark was lovely and was very helpful. TV signal isnt great but my fire stick worked fine on the included WiFi. Lots of shops and beaches within 10 minute drive. We will be returning!

The kitchen is very well equipped. Good size bedrooms. Clean and tidy. Brilliant location where you can sit by the Torridge River on the shared garden, which was lovely. Good to have a car, so that you can visit the wonderful places around. Instow, Saunton Sands and Clovelly Village are well worth a visit.

Cosy, comfortable, constant hot water&heating of needed.Extended garden by the estuary with beautiful views, but it,s a walk down the lane to access - thought it would be closer to the property. Also the back yard not so pleasant for relaxing in-could have been tidier, more flowers&plants to brighten it.

Positives - Well located and cottage, helpful owners, lovely cream tea and flowers on arrival. Negatives - The master bedroom window is overlooked by the shared drive which is used by the neighbours. The bathroom is overlooked by the neighboring property's balcony, and the bathroom blinds don't fit! The garden is overlooked by the windows from the Read moreshared playroom. We did have a lovely stay but your privacy is only as good as the guests next door, also a holiday home so unpredictable. Hide

We had a fantastic time at Yeoldon Stables. It is an excellent base for walks along the river into Bideford and for country walks. It was also well appointed for trips within the local area and everywhere seemed to be just a few minutes away. The accommodation itself was well equipped and was a real home from home.
