The property is the ideal base for touring Cornwall, with top attractions like Lanhydrock House and Gardens, Tehidy National Park, The Roseland Peninsula, Charlestown, Fowey and the Eden Project all within in reasonable driving distance. The local area has a good range of good pubs and restaurants to enjoy of an evening.
The property is entered via the frontal veranda into the light and airy lounge/diner. The living space comes complete with ample comfortable seating, a Smart TV and a Bluetooth speaker to unwind with of an evening after a full day of touring the region. The kitchen is equipped to enable you to whip up some excellent meals, with an oven, fridge with ice compartment, coffee machine and microwave. The bedroom is accessed via a permanent wooden ladder with two choices of sleeping arrangements. The bed is a cabin-style zip-and-link double which can be made into a twin on request at the time of booking (with reduced headroom). There’s also a sofa bed in the lounge/diner. The downstairs bathroom has a shower over bath and WC.
Outside, the lovely veranda enjoys views of the nearby countryside. There is seating and a BBQ to make the most of some al fresco dining on the surrounding lawn area.
