Lovely cottage, in a great location. Having the pub a few doors down was really handy for meals, and the playground next door was great for my kids. The cottage was well decorated and very cosy, but the kitchen could have been better equipped. The cottage is in a great location to see the local countryside. We walked round Stokesay castle, up the WRead morerekin and we visited the nearby Iron Bridge museum, all great days out. The owner and the staff at the pub made us feel very Welcome. Hide

Three family members and one dog we loved this good sized cottage which was warm and cosy. Well equipped with plenty of storage for walking gear and holiday clothing. Modern inside but with lovely inglenook fireplace containing a log burning stove. Walking in the area is amazing with The Wrekin just down the road and other walks, Long Mind and StipRead moreerstones at Church Stratton only 19miles away. Fantastic pub in the village of Little Wenlock, The Huntsman, very friendly staff and good food. Hide

We particularly appreciated living virtually next door to an excellent restaurant with friendly, efficient staff. The cottage was cosy, warm and quiet with good equipment, bearing in mind that there is no room for a dishwasher or freezer in the kitchen. The bathroom was very good - modern, spacious and light.
