Hornbeams holiday cottage is ideally located for most local attractions. It is perfect for the less mobile as it is on one level. The wet room is particularly suited to such people. It is well furnished throughout, with many thoughtful extras provided i.e. clocks, a very good range of kitchen utensils. Hornbeams represents good value for money.

The cottage has all the facilities that you need for a week's stay, and is very comfortable. The location is remarkably peaceful, given the fairly close proximity to the centre of Wroxham. Very accessible for trains, buses and routes to other parts of Norfolk. Great for wildlife spotting. Plenty of parking space outside the cottage
