This is a 17th century cottage in a village location with woodburner, Wi-Fi, enclosed garden and private river fishing by prior arrangement with the owners. Beach 8 miles, pubs, restaurants and shops 3 miles.

A delightful mid-terraced cottage situated in the village of Worstead, famous for its Worsted cloth and its annual village festival in July.

The quiet village of Worstead occupies a lovely rural position, providing a traditional village pub serving food and offering live music and quiz nights, a short stroll takes you to the magnificent medieval church. A short 15 minute walk away is Worstead train station where you can travel on the Bittern Line to the fine city of Norwich or the quaint seaside towns of Cromer or Sheringham. A good area for walking or cycling with the Weavers Way footpath and fine sandy beaches of Sea Palling, Happisburgh and Mundesley nearby. North Walsham, a busy market town and only 3 miles away, is a convenient shopping centre. The capital of the Broads, Wroxham is close by and here you can hire a day boat to explore the waterways, fish or stop for a meal at one of the riverside inns. Leisure facilities: private fishing on the River Thurne by prior arrangement with the owners (June- March).

This charming cottage welcomes you into the kitchen which benefits from electric oven and hob, washing machine, microwave and fridge. There is a freezer separate to the kitchen area. There is also a handy a dining table and chairs. Leading through to the cosy lounge which has exposed oak beams, a warming wood burner housed in the feature brick fire place and Flatscreen TV / DVD. Steep cottage style stairs takes you to the first floor where you can find a double bedroom with TV and a single bedroom. The spacious bathroom comprising of corner bath, separate shower enclosure with a power shower and WC. 

Outside: enclosed courtyard garden having established trees and shrubs with seating.

Lovely cottage, perfectly located for trips to the Norfolk coast, a boat on the broads and lovely walks. Quaint little garden for drinks on a summers evening.

Well equipped, cosy cottage in a peaceful village. Easy access to Norwich, the Broads and the coast by rail. Quiet roads and lanes for cycling.

A quaint cottage full of character where we had a most enjoyable and comfortable holiday. Parking in front of the nearby church was easy and convenient. The owner was helpful and easy to contact. An ideal place to explore the delights of this beautiful area of Norfolk.
