We loved pond cottage. It was warm, cozy and welcoming. The location is great for all the near by beaches, which our dog loved. The cottage had everything we needed and we wouldnt change a thing.

Lovely cottage in perfect location for days out. Beaches are great and there is a decent shop, post office and a great pub in Docking which is nearby. Few niggles with the cottage but overall clean and comfortable, an excellent base for exploring.

Our second visit to this cottage and we will definitely be visiting again. Easy access to Brancaster Beach which became our favourite with the dogs. Such a lovely setting with the view over the duck pond and sunset visible from the garden.

Fabulous location, so pretty and perfect for travelling around from. The Duck Inn round the corner was very good and dog friendly, as was the pub in Docking, four miles away. Secure garden for smaller dogs, but possibly escapable if a bit bigger! Had a lovely few days, thank you.
