One of three cottages converted from the former ballroom of a country manor house, located in the attractive surroundings of Snowdonia National Park in rural North Wales.

This property is located on the outskirts of a quiet village in the picturesque surroundings of Snowdonia National Park in North Wales. There is plenty to do in the area for those who enjoy spending time outdoors, whether they fancy spending some time in the mountains, on the beach, or trying out a range of sports and activities including dry-slope skiing, horse riding, swimming, or surfing. For those who are looking for a less active holiday, the towns of Conwy and Llandudno are both within easy reach, as are many attractions which include the Great Orme Tramway, the Welsh Mountain Zoo, and the island of Anglesey.

Upon arrival at this cottage, guests are easily able to make themselves at home in the elegant dual-aspect lounge where they will find a range of comfortable seating surrounding the open fire and TV/DVD. Large French windows afford views over the shared gardens, making it a lovely space to relax over drinks or with a good book at the end of a busy day. The kitchen/diner, just next to the lounge, is another well-proportioned room, where there is a country-style dining table, as well as all the equipment that guests will need including an oven, hob, microwave, fridge with ice compartment, dishwasher, and washing machine. The bedrooms, are all situated on the first floor of the cottage and have charming sloping ceilings, which does mean that they have some reduced head-height. The first of these is the attractive master double, which benefits from its own TV, as does the twin bedroom, as well as an en-suite shower room. The third bedroom is a bunk bedroom, whilst the bathroom offers a shower-over-bath and WC.

Guests staying at the property enjoy shared access to the well-maintained shared gardens which can be found both to the front and the rear, whilst there is also a private patio area ideal for alfresco drinks or dining. There is ample off-road parking available.

Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.

A lovely cottage to stay in for four people, beautiful views, dog-friendly with some nice walks just along the road. Great local pub within 5 minutes walk and ideally located for exploring North Wales. Very friendly couple who own and run the cottages and B&B, helpful and always available. Thoroughly recommended.
