A perfect peaceful retreat to chill out and relax, hear the birds and watch the cows and squirrels running around. Excellent for our dog Mac, the hut tub is a must. Even though it was warm enough we had to light the burner in the hut!

This cottage is perfect if you want to get away from everything and have some peace and quiet. It is secluded, quiet and not overlooked by any other property or the road. Although we did not bring our dogs with us this time, they would have loved it. As well as ample room for them to investigate in the cottage field, they would have enjoyed the addRead moreitional field that comes with this cottage. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and definitely plan on returning. Hide

On our honeymoon so the peace & quiet there was perfect. Quaint but modern, enclosed garden perfect for our husky. Nearest pub a mile walk away but very hilly! Food there was stunning. Hot tub fantastic. Owners were friendly & happy to help. Highly recommended.

Lovely, self contained area with all the required amenities. Excellent kitchen area with a comfy sofa and tv etc. The hot tub was a lovely way of relaxing following a day out exploring. The Shepards hut added an unique bedroom and was very comfortable. We had a great stay here and would return without hesitation.
