This charming holiday cottage, is situated in a great rural location close to the lovely town of Taunton, and is ideal for visiting both northern and southern coasts.

Convenient access to the M5 ensures that this makes a great base for a fun-filled holiday. There are numerous National Trust properties and picturesque villages to visit in the area, and plenty of opportunities for walking, cycling, horse riding and golf. You can take a ride on the West Somerset Railway, or explore the stunning Quantock and Blackdown Hills, both Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The beautiful and dramatic scenery of Exmoor can be explored nearby, and the property is centrally located for visiting both northern and southern coastlines where you can enjoy such popular seaside towns as Weston-Super-Mare, Seaton, Lyme Regis and Exmouth.

Entering this single-floor property, you will find yourself in a bright and spacious open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. Complete with TV/DVD, the lounge is light and airy with easy access to the dining area. The attractive kitchen is equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge with ice compartment and dishwasher. You will also find two comfortable bedrooms. There’s a cosy double room, and a twin bedroom with TV/DVD. Both bedrooms have French doors which open onto an enclosed balcony area with artificial grass and seating. There is also a wet-room complete with shower and WC. Underfloor heating has been provided throughout.

Heading outside, you can relax in the gravelled patio area to the front of the property which is complete with garden furniture. Other on-site facilities include an indoor shared swimming pool, enclosed shared paddock and a children's play area with a selection of equipment, including swing, slide and climbing frame. Ample private off-road parking is available, and the washing machine and tumble dryer are located in the shared utility room on-site.

Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.

Property was extremely spacious and warm with everything we needed. The indoor swimming pool was a great bonus for our grandson.

Nice location to get into Taunton easily, surrounded by fields and the swimming pool is great. The laundry room is very good too and the open plan accommodation is very nice. Leather sofas, flat screen TV. You can walk to a pub in minutes and get free range fresh eggs just round the corner. Overall very nice and would recommend

This is modern cottage in countryside with quite surroundings. Car would be essential to hire this property. All modern facilities were there that you could expect at home.

Highly recommend this property and the rest of the site. Absolutely lovely - great location - wonderful holiday . Everything has been carefully considered to assist your stay and the facilities on site are good. Took a walk to the pub which was also lovely . Highly recommend
