We stayed here at very short notice following the decision not to travel abroad due to Coronavirus and had a lovely time. The cottage is small but warm and cosy and has everything you need for a short break including a hot tub. The owners were very welcoming and the cream tea provided on arrival was a nice touch. The location for driving around DevRead moreon and Cornwall is perfect - but it is on a very busy main road so walking from the cottage wasnt really an option but that didnt matter. Hide

Lovely cottage with an excellent hot tub. There was a couple of secure areas for our dog. Elaine and Gareth were very welcoming and provided, not only a cream tea on arrival but also eggs, bacon, sausages and milk, so breakfast was all sorted as well. It's possible to buy eggs from Elaine and this I would recommend - they are delicious!

For my wife and I and our dog this was very nearly ideal. Only the close ness to the road was a little off-putting but not too much. Tamar Lakes, Bude and its beaches, BodmRead morein and Jamaica Inn, Dartmoor all enjoyed. Hide
