Bridgnorth Station is just 20 minutes drive away, this is the starting point for the Severn Valley train ride. An ideal place for all food lovers with many local farm shops, local dairies, vineyards and festivals throughout the year. Onsite is an 18th century country inn situated along the River Bank of Severn, open all year round serving lunches, evening meals and afternoon cream teas and is also dog friendly. A full English breakfast is also available (at additional cost) between 7.30am-9am, pre-booking essential.
The property is on approximately a ¾ mile beat of the River Severn, which is famed for challenging Barbel fishing; daily tickets for fishing available on site. This traditional cottage offers three bedrooms, on the first-floor you will find 1 double and 1 twin bedroom. On the ground-floor 1 further double with TV. Bathroom with shower over bath and WC. There is also a wet room on the ground-floor. Upon entering the lounge, you will be greeted with exposed beams and wood burner, TV and DVD. In the kitchen/diner you will find an electric oven, fridge/freezer and microwave together with a separate utility room with washing machine.
Outside there is a garden with a large patio area with seating.
