Top Sails is a really nice modern apartment although it is on the second floor, once all our cases bags etc were taken up the 30 odd steps they were not a problem. Inside it is very clean and well appointed. The flat is in a good position for traveling around the local area being close to the A 390. There are several large super stores for food jusRead moret down the road. Eating out in Charlestown is good we do recommend booking at weekends. All are in walking distance about 10mins, downhill. Lovely spacious apartment in a quiet area, convenient for Charlestown harbour just a few minutes walk away. We were very comfortable there and the stairs up to the apartment were no problem. Very pleasant sitting on the sunny balcony and enjoying the delicious cream tea that was left for us.

St uphill and inland from the harbour but sea views are fine when the weather is good. Charlestown is a attractive and interesting place to stay, with good eateries and a thought- provoking Shipwreck Museum. Tall ships in the harbour; cliff walks, cosy beaches, - what else could you want? Even the mixed weather was fine as it soon gets sunny from aRead moreny early sea mist. Hide

A lovely flat with open views, well equipped and comfortable. Easy walking distance to Charlestown. The area was quiet and relaxing, and parking easy. The only potential problem are the stairs up to the flat but if that is not a concern this flat is a good place to stay.
