This property enjoys a tranquil farmland location in the Carmarthenshire countryside. Eleven miles to the south-east of the property, the historic town of Carmarthen is a lovely place to spend a day, wandering the streets of the old town, browsing the independent shops, and sampling the food in the many restaurants, pubs, and cafes. The town also has an interesting castle, and a museum, whilst there are many more fascinating attractions in the surrounding area including the Gwili Steam Railway, Kidwelly Castle, and the stunning Pembrokeshire coast which lies 17 miles away and offers a number of wonderful, wide sandy beaches such as those at Saundersfoot and Tenby.

probably the 5th or 6th time we have stayed - lovely relaxed, very rural character - on a working farm. Rather a long way from the beaches which meant we started off in sun but driving rain by the time we reached the beach!

Peaceful and quite just how we like it.

The cottage exceeded our expectations in every way. Wine and cakes were a pleasant surprise. The location is great for both the coast and inland POI's. Our dog loved the surrounding woodland and fields. The cottage owners were very helpful and nothing was any trouble.

Bwmper Farm is beautiful. Very comfortable, fabulous views and a charming host, Tim. He couldnt do enough for us, including blocking up the bottom of the fence to stop our JRT getting out. There is an upstairs but the cottage is only advertised for 2 people but there is room upstairs but just a bedroom, ideal for kids.

Lovely cottage. I really liked the wet room. Well designed converted barn. Lovely views from the cottage. Great welcome from the owner Tim. He had a line to hang the washing outside which was really good as clothes are much nicer dried outside in the fresh air. We had wine, eggs and little cakes supplied for our arrival which was lovely.

We had a wonderful time at this cottage. On arrival, there was a welcome of white and red wine, 6 eggs and 6 small homemade decorated cakes - a lovely touch. The owner was on hand if we needed him and he was most helpful. Very comfortable indeed.
