This bright and spacious holiday property is nestled in the heart of the spectacular Cornish countryside. Converted by the current owners this homely barn adjoins the owners property and is perfectly located for exploring the entire region. Wonderful sandy beaches and rugged coves on both the North and South coasts are within short driving distance. Stunning Gwithian beach stretches as far as the eye can see, while smaller more hidden gems like Poldhu and Porthcurnow make for ideal day trips. The bustling coastal towns of Falmouth and St Ives are nearby with many independent shops and excellent restaurants. Or visit the charming traditional villages in the area such as Coverack and Mullion. For any keen walkers you'll find miles of beautiful terrain to explore plus there's the array of popular holiday attractions that the area boasts.

The property is accessed via 4 external steps which lead you up to the front door. You then find yourself in the large fully equipped kitchen/diner complete with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. The bright spacious lounge opens up in front of you with ample comfy seating, flat screen TV/DVD, a wood burner, an assortment of books and DVD's, and French doors leading out to the garden. Down the hallway you will find two bedrooms with en-suite shower rooms and WC: one double bedroom, and one zip-and-link twin bedroom (that can be made as a super-king upon request by prior arrangement with the owner). Outside, the lovely enclosed garden has a lawn area plus patio area with garden furniture and BBQ.

There is parking for 1 large or 2 smaller cars. Bed linen, towels, electric, central heating and Wi-Fi are included. Regret no smoking. Regret no pets. Please note the property has its own private water supply. Location: beach 6 miles, shop and pub 1.5 miles.

beautiful, comfortable cottage in a central location making it easy to drive to a number of tourist spots in West Cornwall. Excellent facilities with good outdoor area. Owners are very helpful and accommodating. Given the location you do need a car to get around. We are considering visiting again it is so nice.

A friendly on site owner offering a comfortable, clean, up to date, and well thought out Barn conversion, with good sized rooms, fully equipped with good quality appliances, and plenty of storage. Easy to find the location, with the entrance to the drive being only 20 yards from Poldark Mine. Lots to do in the surrounding areas with both North and Read moreSouth coasts only a relativally short distance to travel, so you are spoilt for choice. Would stay again if looking for accommodation in this area. Hide

Superb holiday accommodation. Fully equipped kitchen, very comfortable beds and lounge with Sky TV and DVD player plus a shelf full of films to watch should the weather be too bad to venture out. In a lovely quiet spot within easy reach of various attractions.
