Lovely cottage with a very nice communal garden and fantastic views. We have stayed in this cottage twice now, it is the only holiday property we have ever stayed in more than once, which says a lot for the cottage itself, the owners who are very nice people and the location. Well located for northern area of Lake District. Car parking next to the cottage is convenient. Only a few miles to Keswick for food and shops. Comfortable but not ostentatious. Clean with adequate facilities.

A lovely cottage and garden in beautiful setting with a fabulous view of Skiddaw. It has everything you need and some extras like throws for sofas and beds plus towels for muddy paws. The bed was very comfortable. Would highly recommend.

The location is great - quiet and peaceful. View across to Skiddaw entrancing in the evening sun. Cottage is easily warmed, is well designed and well equipped. Having the Gallery 'next-door' was very pleasant. Excellent place to go to.
