Lovely, comfortable cottage with plenty of home comforts. We we were made very welcome by the host who helped make our stay a real home from home. The peaceful location was ideal and watching the wildlife - deer, hares, rabbits and a variety of birds each evening was a bonus! Ideal base for exploring this area of Yorkshire by car.

The cottage was beautiful. We had so much wildlife to look at from our living room and the most fantastic log fire that we lit every day even when it was too hot. There was everything that you could need in the kitchen and plenty of spare rugs and pillows and enough seating for everyone to sit and eat in comfort. The cottage is spacious, comfortable and functional. Though there was only four in our party the cottage caters for parties of six adults and they wouldn't be short of space.
