This comfortable 2nd floor apartment in a grade II listed building on one of Appledore’s pretty streets is a cosy Devon getaway.

This bright and tastefully furnished apartment is an ideal holiday base in the popular village of Appledore at any time of year. With the quayside, shops, pubs, restaurants and galleries all within easy walking distance of the property, you’ll be able to leave the car parked up and can fully enjoy your stay without worrying about driving. This is a great location for walkers, with the South West Coast Path being almost on your doorstep and wild Dartmoor not far away. For sand and surf, beautiful Westward Ho! is only a five minute drive away, and offers a wide range of activities for all ages. Being in Appledore, you will be perfectly located to explore some of North Devon’s most picturesque locations including pretty Clovelly, a cliff side village which tumbles down to a harbour in a riot of cobbled streets and small cottages. For shopping, Bideford and its ancient pannier and outdoor markets are also close by.

On entering this apartment, you will be greeted to the open-plan design of the spacious lounge/diner has ample comfortable seating and a sofa bed (if guests require). Unwind in front of the TV/DVD catching up on your favourite films and TV shows. There is a range of board games and a selection of books for you to read at your leisure. Lovely location & very well equipped, but please be mindful of the four flight of stairs needed to climb to get to the flat. Not ideal if you have any issues with joints etc.
