My husband and I spent a few days here with our dog over the new year. The chalet was nicely set out with everything you could possibly need. The location is so scenic and peaceful. It was comfortable and warm too. All the little extras were appreciated including the scones and cream. Really good shower and fridge/freezer.

It was perfect except a little over expensive as only two of us stayed . Also despite apologies, the wifi failed after 3 days as the owners could not get BT to do a swap over to a higher grade without a 3 day gap! So as we so do not have smart phones, we were unable to use e mail till Friday evening. We are hoping for some compensation

Everything that you could possibly need for a lovely holiday was supplied. The peace and quiet was wonderful and as for the glorious sunsets, just beautiful! You can take photos every night and every night would be different. A very comfortable, homely and spotlessly clean cottage. Thank you and will definitely return.

Lovely chalet type cottage ideal in good weather. Fridge/freezer a bonus. Lovely westerly views over rolling hills and the sea and you can see the steam train from the garden which was lovely. Garden great for small dog, with 10-15 minute walk down to the sea (steep hill) and local supermarkets 20 minute drive away.

The property has been modernised, very well furnished and was spotlessly clean. The kitchen is extremely well equipped regarding large appliances and smaller items of crockery, utensils and cleaning products. Even dogs are provided for with towels and bags! The garden and views beyond are lovely. The lane entrance to the property is secluded - lookRead more out for the post box and notice board and ignore the "Private" sign! Hide

Property in a nice quiet location with an excellent secure garden area giving nice views. There were only two of us plus the dog so provided adequate space, it would be too small for four people. Bed in rear bedroom warm and comfortable. Kitchen clean and adequately equipped.
