Excellent location for walking on the granite way and up to the Melton reservoir although many cafe's and "attractions" in Okehampton were closed and Okehampton generally seemed closed. We much enjoyed the hot tub, after the long walks and even in the inclement weather.

Place was clean and tidy. Had everything needed to cook a meal. Large fridge and good size freezer, the washing machine, dish washer and microwave all worked. TV was good and the DVD worked. Beds were comfortable and there was plenty of hot water. No problems with the Internet either. Lots of interesting places to visit, we really enjoyed our stay Read morethere Hide

It was all brilliant! The caretaker was on the site so if there was any problem we knew exactly where to go but there was no need. All the cottages were closed to one another but never felt lack of privacy. Left cozy instead. The only thing is that we found a few web cobs and wished there weren't there but no biggie. Had a great time there and we'dRead more love to go back again soon. Hide

Everything is a bit old inside. The jacuzzi and the area makes it better. Also very good appliances. Was amazing having a washing machine as well. If they improve cleanliness it will be way better.
