Eyemouth is a compact seaside village, complete with a lovely sandy bay just a stroll away and a pretty fishing harbour where seals often pop up to say hello. Eyemouth is also an ideal for divers wishing to dive at St Abbs. Just a few miles from the bustling town of Berwick, surrounded by the original town walls and providing an abundance of things to see and do. Exploring the surrounding countryside couldn’t be easier with fantastic road links connecting popular border towns, as well as North Berwick and Edinburgh and don’t miss out on Northumberland coastline and head up over The Cheviots.

Walk through the yard and up to the entrance porch where you can kick off the muddy boots before stepping in to the hallway, tastefully themed and decorated and flowing nicely into all of the rooms on the first floor of the duplex apartment. Approaching the kitchen first, with a big window overlooking the shared patio, letting in lots of light. The kitchen is well equipped to prepare for family mealtimes and has a gas oven and hob, fridge, microwave, dishwasher and small freezer. Stepping back into the hallway and next into a marvellous dining area with large solid wood table and sofas making it a great social space, and not to mention the dining room enjoys a spectacular view out over the bay, out to sea; great to watch the boats coming in and out. The landing is a great, bright space, with windows at both sides and a desk underneath one. The master bedroom has sea views and an en-suite shower room with w/c, which also has Jack an Jill access from the landing. One of the twin rooms enjoys a sea view, whilst the smaller twin room is perfectly furnished and designed for children with its’ colourful wall art and floor cushions.

Centrally located, close to all the shops and restaurants, with a lovely beach within close walking distance. Wonderful views across the harbour and out to sea from the two main reception rooms. The property has steps in and out of the property which maybe difficult for a person with mobility issues.
