Seagull cottage is at the upper end of Boscastle, so be prepared for a walk uphill from the centre. It's a quaint old cottage with low ceilings, as advised in the advert. The cottage is at the top of a steep hill, on staying there I noticed there were many other cottages in the area closer to Boscastle itself and its facilities.

Nice owner that lives next door. Good places to walk the dogs and lots of dog friendly places to eat. The dogs liked to listen at the internal connecting door to the owners dogs. Low beams in the bedroom so mind your head. Comfortable lounge and nice kitchen. Very poor phone signal and wi-fi.

Warm welcome from the owner - not so warm welcome from the property. We visited during a cold rainy spell in June and could have done with more efficient heating ! This property is actually called Seagull Cottage and shares the parking space with Seagull Barn next door - parking is ok if arriving in a small vehicle !
