Located on a beautiful private estate, this unique, two-bedroom log cabin-style bungalow is the perfect Cornish holiday retreat.

This property is approached via a private drive and is found nestling within half an acre of lawns that reach down to a delightful stretch of the River Fowey that runs across the owners' land. Guests can arrange to go salmon fishing (in season), or enjoy a number of other leisure activities on the estate like a game of tennis, or pitch and putt (equipment supplied). Being the only holiday property within the owners' land it really is set in the perfect spot for peace and tranquillity with the surrounding woodland and wild life, it’s all an absolute must-see.  Beyond the estate, there’s a wealth of beaches on the north and south coast to discover. All of these places are easily accessible, but a car is recommended. Walkers will be able to enjoy the nearby moorland with its picturesque lakes and riding facilities. Local attractions include Morwellham Quay, Jamaica Inn, Bodmin Moor, Padstow, Charlestown and The Eden Project.

On entering the login cabin-style holiday accommodation you will find an open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. The lounge has comfy seating with a Smart TV and a hi-fi. The kitchen area includes a hob, micro-convector, and a fridge. For the dining area, foldout facilities are provided.  There are two cosy bedrooms, the first of which is a double. The other is a single bedroom with TV/DVD and with room for a travel cot or additional single bed if required. Shower room with WC.

Outside there is a veranda to enjoy breakfast or an evening meal, or simply to read a book. The cabin faces over a pleasant half-acre of lawns. There’s ample off-road parking too.

Rodger and sue are the perfect hosts cant rate then highly enough they are so freindly and kind. The accomodation is perfect in every way. My wife amd i Will be going back every year while they ate still there

Wonderful place to stay! Really well located for many attractions and beautiful places to visit. The cottage was comfortable and the owners were lovely and helpful. Would definitely stay again!
