We stayed Sat-Fri in Aug and found it to be a great base to explore the highlands from. The sofa is super comfy and the garden was fab for our pups. Was nice to be somewhere that accommodated three dogs too. Amenities are fine for an old cottage - good bath, plenty of hot water, nice oven. Lovely view from the garden and bathroom too!

See above. Bathroom big enough to have a dividing wall and instal another loo. When cottage has been revamped, we would definitely recommend to friends.

House was clean and well equipped. Secure garden with plenty of space for our dogs to enjoy themselves. We've been in many holiday lets and this would easily rate with the best.

Cobwebs in some rooms, carpet dirty, kitchen items needed washed before using. Storage areas were very dirty. Windows are poorly sealed and drafts can be felt around them and the doors. Internal doors do not stay closed. Fire is clearly a coal fire with a locked coal storage at the front. Therefore we used alot of logs to keep the fire going. Very Read moredisappointing and not what we were expecting for the price of the week. Hide
