On the ground floor there is a gorgeous open plan living area with a dining table, next to patio doors overlooking the countryside, and a cosy sitting room area with a wood burner. The kitchen has everything needed to enjoy cooking while with friends and family. The cottage has a handy utility room with washing machine and bike store. The wooden beams and doors make this property feel really special. On the ground floor there is a king-size bedroom with en-suite Jack and Jill bathroom with shower and WC, which can be accessed from the kitchen too. There's also a twin room which can be made into a king-size on request.

Outside there is a large private garden, with beautiful views of the countryside. Perfect for families, with lots of space on the lawn to play, there is also a patio area and a barbecue for outdoor dining when the sun shows its face. Improved accessibility to the property.

We had a fantastic stay over new year at the cottage. It was wonderfully cozy with the log-burner and we really appreciated the Prosecco and flapjacks Ian and Sal left for us. The cottage is perfectly located for visits to Holy Island and the coast. We highly recommend staying!
