Charming barn conversion set within the heart of the Cornish countryside and close to the beautiful sandy beach of Sennen.

Located on the Land's End Peninsula near the popular village of Sennen, this rural gem is superb for dog owners and keen walkers and offers a cosy retreat for anyone looking to explore the most western point of Cornwall. This delightfully styled, bright and airy cottage is the ideal place to get away from it all and unwind. The location also gives you easy access to many of Cornwall's top attractions including The Minnack Theatre, Land's End, St Michael's Mount and numerous National Trust properties and sites.

Upon entering the property, you find yourself in the spacious, open-plan reception space, which comprises lounge seating area with Smart TV, DVD and Hi-Fi, a delightful dining area, and a fully equipped fitted kitchen complete with electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and a microwave. Off of the reception room you will find the comfortable double bedroom with TV, then leading through to the en-suite shower room.

At the front of the property, there is an enclosed garden with a small lawn and patio area. Garden furniture and a BBQ are provided for you to make the most of the outside space. There are also lush green fields and farmland on the property that guests are encouraged to explore and enjoy. Ample parking is available. Up to two dogs are welcome.

Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.

A lovely, well equipped cottage, ideal for two (plus our 2 dogs), with a small enclosed garden for the dogs to play safely. A good location to explore what Cornwall has to offer.

Lovely location on a farm two one bedroom on suite cottages loads of parking,the village of st just not far down the road and lands end 10 mins by car.Sennen,cape cornwall all close by. The left's are all done to a high standard we wanted to stay and we shall be going back. Martin and Gill Hall

The cottage is very clean, comfortable, well equipped and in a great location for visiting some of Cornwall's most scenic coastline, with areas such as The Lizard within easy driving distance. Parking is off-road and very safe. The only slight down-side was the very occasional noise from Land's End Airport although in truth, this was minimal and weRead more would gladly stay here again. Lovely spacious well equipped cottage Enclosed garden so safe for our little dog. In the country but easy access to the coast ,St Just and Sennen. We were welcomed with flowers and scones. A real relaxing base for your holiday . Would recommend Clip Clop Cottage.

The cottage was cozy, clean and beautiful. Location is perfect with lots of great hikes and beaches nearby. The garden was great for our dog and he loved the country air. Jill was a spectacular host and so helpful during our stay. We hope to visit again soon!
