Cosy and well equipped with everything you need. Close to so many places to visit - ideal for walking the dogs. A lovely cream tea and fresh flowers awaiting when you arrive. Will definitely return.

Clip Clop Cottage was ideally located for exploring the western part of Cornwall. The cottage is well equipped and very clean and most suitable for guests with dogs.

Our second holiday in this gorgeous cottage. Very well equipped, spotlessly clean, treats on arrival, cool and calm. The area is incredibly beautiful and peaceful and we loved our stay. The garden is really helpful fir our terrier and the fields to wander in are a real bonus. I highly recommend it.

Wonderful cottage, perfect location for enjoying the wonderful Penwith area of Cornwall. It was lovely to see the flights going out to the Scilly's. Will definitely try to come again in the Winter months to see the wonderful fields of daffodils. Thank you for letting us stay in your perfect cottage.

Great cottage. Great location and well furnished. We arrived Friday afternoon and was greeted with a cream tea and a bunch of roses in a vase (fresh). The cottage was warm and the thermostat was only showing 15 on a very cold weekend. Conveniently located Not far from A multitude of beaches and walks. Daisy enjoyed a walk around the local fields trRead moreying to find rabbits that have been digging up the ground. Overall for us, it was what we needed just a couple of days away on our own. We had a thoroughly enjoyable holiday staying in Clip Clop cottage. Very clean, well equipped and dog friendly, with an added bonus of a cream tea and flowers waiting for us on arrival which was lovely. Nice garden, plenty of parking space and a good location to visit the many great places to visit in this part of Cornwall.

Clip Clop cottage is clean, well-equipped and comfortable. The property is set in a beautiful rural location with easy access and ample safe off-road parking, immediately adjacent. Lovely and clean, complimentary cream tea delicious. Easy to find, lots of good walks. Only concern backed onto a busy road, although quieter at night. A lovely place to stay.

Beautiful cottage, well equipped. Ideal location if you love lots of walking. Very peaceful. Seasonal restrictions on the beaches for dogs. Advice would be to do research properly to know how to access some areas. Enjoyed our holiday. Cottage nice to come back to after a day out. Cream tea on arrival was very nice.. thank you

Great cottage in perfect place as a base for exploring this part of Cornwall. Particular nice touch the owner providing cream tea on arrival. Owner Mrs Sennen pops in to greet you and ensure you are okay on second day.

Very welcoming and friendly owner. Settled into property straight away. Property met our expectations in all respects including location. One very minor issue with boiler which can commonly be encountered at home. Resolved expeditiously by the owner. Ideal for dog owners.

Clip Clop cottage was a comfortable and well equipped place to stay. The location was brilliant for exploring and only a short drive away from St Just and Sennen, so very convenient as long as you have a car.
