A beautifully peaceful second getaway to Shepherds Croft. Our little pup, poppy loves it there and its a struggle to get her to come back inside once she is out! Lovely views, lots to do locally and Karen is very friendly and helpful.

Couldnt fault this lovely cottage, the owners have thought of everything to make your stay comfortable. The hot tub was especially lovely on a clear night gazing at the stars and listening to the owls - it was as idyllic as it sounds! Would highly recommend it for a relaxing break.

Everything was excellent so clean and welcoming. The window seat is the perfect place to sit and read or to just look at the view. A log burner to enjoy on the cooler evenings and then a comfy bed for a good night's sleep. The thoughtfulness of the hosts to leave milk in the fridge and some lovely biscuits to enjoy.

Ideally located cottage, close to amenities but wonderfully quiet. The cottage is equipped with everything you could want with a touch of luxury. Very comfortable bed, excellent shower, large screen TV, and a good WiFi signal. All with the bonus of the hot tub after a day's walking. We will definitely revisit this property again in the future.
