It looked wonderful on the photos, but it far exceeded all our expectations. It certainly has the WOW factor in all aspects. The children didnt want to go home and we even had one crying because he didnt want to leave! So much space indoors and outdoors in a well kept garden with fabulous view of the Forth Rail Bridge and trains.
