Situated between the coast and the Norfolk Broad the property is perfect for exploring Norfolk. Close to the property are the beautiful beaches at Cromer with its end of the pier show and Sheringham, home of the North Norfolk Railway. Visit Wroxham and hire a day cruiser to experience Norfolk at a different pace of life, drift along the Broads and take in the windmills and wildlife. Attractions include Bewilderwood, Africa Alive, The Dinosaur Adventure Park and National Trust properties as Blickling and Felbrigg. Head to Norwich for shopping and the Castle.

On entering this delightful cottage into the kitchen/diner you immediately see the charm with feature brick work and exposed timber beam, this well equipped kitchen has an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine and microwave, a dining table and chairs the perfect for your evening meal. A good size lounge with patio doors leading to the garden, comfortable sofas, TV/DVD. Shower room comprising of shower cubilcle,WC and wash hand basin. Stairs lead from the kitchen to the first floor, there are two bedrooms, the bedrooms are set in the eaves of the house and therefore have restricted head height, a spacious double bedroom with en suite bathroom comprising of a free standing roll top bath, WC and wash hand basin, a twin bedroom having exposed timber beams.

Outside: enclosed garden with patio area with garden furniture. Off road parking to the front of the property.

The cottage and the grounds are full of character . The countryside location is very tranquil . It is a real retreat from the hustle and bustle of urban life .

We enjoyed our stay at the lovely place, we were made very welcome on arrival & felt that we were given as much information as possible as to local area attractions etc, then left in peace for the remainder of the stay. in all a very positive & enjoyable stay in a beautiful setting.

Lovely cottage, in peaceful surroundings...a home from home with everything you could possibly need... homemade cake on arrival was a thoughtful touch, and delicious...some great places to visit nearby.
