This delightful property nestles in an idyllic courtyard location in the grounds of the owners' home and is perfectly placed just two miles from the coast.

Visit nearby Trebarwith Strand, which is pet friendly, has a surf school and lifeguards on hand during the summer season. Take a hike or stroll along the South West Coast Path, with glorious views of the north coast on route. Also close by is the picture postcard fishing village of Boscastle and the medieval village of Tintagel, with its craggy ruins steeped in myths and legends and home to Tintagel Castle, one of the most spectacular historic sites in Britain and where you can walk over the stunning new 60 meter bridge set between two cliffs. Head slightly further afield and you will find the coastal villages of Port Isaac, where TV’s Doc Martin is filmed, Padstow and Rock, all are well worth a visit and a haven for foodies. Other attractions and places of interest in the area include stunning Bodmin Moor and numerous National Trust properties and gardens.

Step inside this characterful property and you will find the accommodation is conveniently arranged on the one level, with the first room being the cosy and welcoming lounge. This lovely area boasts comfortable sofas sat in front of a warming wood burner and Smart TV, thus providing the perfect place to relax after a day exploring. The next room is the kitchen/diner and here you can enjoy a leisurely breakfast prior to heading out, the perfectly appointed kitchen is brilliantly equipped and offers an electric oven and hob, microwave and fridge with ice compartment. Completing the offering inside the property is a king-size bedroom which has been lovingly fitted and furnished, and finally a spacious shower room with a large walk-in shower and WC.

Located outside and directly to the front of the property there is a small patio area with a bench, and further to this, guests have access to a large five-acre shared dog-walking paddock with cut paths. There is also an undeniably useful shared utility with a washing machine and tumble dryer, freezer and a dog shower. Ample private off-road parking is also provided.

Had a lovely, comfortable stay in Forget Me Not cottage. It is ideally placed for visits to Trebarwith Strand beach and nearby Tintagel. The owners were friendly and helpful and the setting is very attractive with gardens behind the cottage and a large, hilly field beyond for dog walking or exercise. We stayed in Forget-me-not cottage, lovely bright clean cottage. Kitchen lovely and modern and well equipped . Bed was so comfortable and immaculately clean. Location so peaceful and perfect for our little dog. Lovely big field at back for walking him. The owners were lovely and welcoming. Would love to stay there again. Melanie and Dave.

You will love the cottage and your location. Sat nav won't work from cottage so do a look on the map so u head the right way. Hehe we did a few long routes which were more like minutes away!!

Although the weather wasn't at its best last week, the cottage was warm and cosy. The owners couldn't do more to help even offering use of the barn and electric to charge our mobility scooter. Location was excellent for local places of interest. Highly recommended and look forward to a revisit.

A lovely, comfy cottage, equipped with everything we needed. As we had a dog with us, we really appreciated the use of the big field behind the cottages. The cottages are in a great location. We followed the owners' suggestions for local walks and enjoyed them all.

We had a very relaxing and comfortable stay. The cottage was beautifully cosy and warm. Loved the extra touches for Christmas and smart decor. Gizmo loved her bowl full of doggy treats too!

We had a wonderful stay in this cottage. The owners were so welcoming and thoughtful, leaving a pint of milk in the fridge and a generous selection of dog treats for our three dogs. The cottage was very cosy, comfortable, clean and beautifully presented. We loved having the log burner for cosy nights in. We thoroughly enjoyed our week's stay. Gareth and Sandy were there on arrival incase we needed anything but the pack they provided via email beforehand told us everything we needed to know. We had a lovely stay - it's a perfect cottage for a couple. Clean with everything you need, even a BBQ. Gareth was great and very helpful. Definitely need a car as there are no public footpaths nearby.

There's nothing that the owners haven't thought about in respect of making this a home from home. Especially for our four legged companion. Its a great base in which to discover Cornwall. Quiet, relaxing!

Cottage in very quiet countryside, pleasant and relaxing. Coast is close but transport is required as there are no adjacent footpaths. Blackspot for mobile phones, but internet very good enabling mobile WiFi calling.

The cottage was very easy to find in a good location to all areas, on arrival the cottage was ready with a warm and homely feel. The owner was on hand if needed but we found everything to our satisfaction. We had taken our dog which there was a large paddock at the rear of the property to exercise him in.
