Visit nearby Trebarwith Strand, which is pet friendly, has a surf school and lifeguards on hand during the summer season. Take a hike or stroll along the South West Coast Path, with glorious views of the north coast on route. Also close by is the picture postcard fishing village of Boscastle and the medieval village of Tintagel, with its craggy ruins steeped in myths and legends and home to Tintagel Castle, one of the most spectacular historic sites in Britain and where you can walk over the stunning new 60 meter bridge set between two cliffs.
