This delightful property is set in the owner’s grounds in the well-served village of Cawston. Approached via winding country lanes the property is the perfect central location from where to enjoy all North Norfolk has to offer.

Situated in the heart of the village of Cawston within the Norfolk countryside, this property offers the perfect place to explore Norfolk, with a village deli/cafe and local pub just opposite yet only yards from miles of footpaths and country lanes to walk or cycle on. The Marriots way- a long distance cycle way and footpath- is in the village ¼ mile from the property. Delicious breakfasts are served at the deli and good home cooked meals at our small local pub. Further afield is the stunning Norfolk Coast line, which includes the towns of Sheringham, Blakeney and Wells-Next-The-Sea. Attractions include the North Norfolk Steam Railway in Holt, the End of the Pier show at Cromer, Thursford, The Broads, Pensthorpe Nature reserve and the National Trust properties of Blicking and Felbrigg Halls. Norwich is close by with an excellent range of independent shops and historic buildings. Kings Lynn, Sandringham and Yarmouth are also easily reached.

This charming annex all on the ground floor, on guests arrival the hallway leads through to a good size cottage style well equipped kitchen/diner with an electric range oven and hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave and TV, having a dining table and chairs. The Utility room is off the kitchen having a washing machine and tumble dryer. There is a shower room with a double corner shower cubicle, wash hand basin and WC. The good size lounge has comfortable sofas, there is a woodburner within a brick built chimney breast with exposed timber bessemer beam, exposed timber beams to the ceiling, TV/DVD. There is a king size bedroom and a single bedroom..

Outside: An enclosed shingled patio with garden furniture, with views over the owner’s garden which is available for guest’s use.. A driveway offers off road parking (additional parking is possible by arrangement in adjacent car park). Cycle storage if required.

Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.

Oddfellows was delightful in every way. The hosts could not have been more welcoming and helpful. The cottage was very well equipped, warm and the mattress and pillows second to none! It's location is ideal for dog owners with a wide range of walks and the cottage is also very dog friendly. There was a welcome basket and treats for the humans and aRead morenother for our dog! The cottage was excellent, it was spacious, warm, well equipped and in a good location. The owners were very hospitable but not at all intrusive. The welcome basket was very much appreciated. Our dogs enjoyed the cottage (especially the woodburning stove). We took a stair gate with us so the dogs could be confined to the kitchen at night which is wRead morehat they're used to at home, if your dogs have a similar routine it might also worth taking a gate as there isn't a door between the kitchen and hall. Lovely very spacious well equipped cottage in the perfect position for exploring North Norfolk and The Broads. It's in a very pretty village with plenty of local facilities. The owners who live next door couldn't have been more helpful. We'd easily return next time we're holidaying in the area.

This is our second visit to Oddfellows. We love it here so much that I hope we will return again. The cottage is spacious yet cosy with lots of thoughtful touches like woolly wraps on the sofas for those chilly evenings. The welcome pack is wonderful- delicious home made goodies. Delightful cottage with everything we needed. The kitchen was wonderful, wish I could have brought it home! The shower unit in the bathroom was easy to access. We felt very comfortable in the cottage.

Spacious cottage. Well equipped eg plenty of crockery, meant I didn't need to wash up and could use the dishwasher. Lovely hosts, charming and thoughtful. Very peaceful and nice deli opposite for coffee every mornin.
