A superb holiday location in rural North Devon, set in acres of unspoilt countryside, which hosts an abundance of wildlife such as badgers, foxes, rabbits and many types of birds. The five lakes lying within forty acres are stocked with carp, roach, rudd, tench, bream and perch, offering a fine sport for the angler. There is a wide choice of beaches nearby, including Bude, Westward Ho! and the sandy dunes of Instow. Just down the road is the unique fishing village of Clovelly, with its steep cobbled streets and quaint harbour. More local attractions are available such as The Milky Way Adventure Park, The Big Sheep, and Dartington Crystal.
Nestled in a private corner and set back from the lakes, this lodge can be accessed via three steps or a ramp. Double doors lead into the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner, and here you will find a well-equipped kitchen with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer and dishwasher. After a busy day, relax in the lounge area with comfortable seating, either watching a film on TV or reading a magazine. Continue through the lodge to the three bedrooms: a double, a twin with countryside views and a bunk room. Completing the accommodation is the bathroom with shower over bath and WC.
Heading outside, relax on the balcony and enjoy alfresco dining or step down to the lawn area with a brick-built BBQ, or in the evening warm up and chill out in the hot tub, surrounded by beautiful lighting.
