Really nice base to visit local places, quiet location and an ever changing view. Good for guests who need everything on one floor my 80 year old mum had no issues getting around the property, The owner was very nice and George the cat was a bonus.

Very quiet inside the apartment with it's thick walls and double glazing, and even the traffic noise in the garden wasn't too obtrusive. Lovely to see the tide come in an out. Plenty of interesting places to visit within a short drive.

A nice place to stay with our 2 dogs - plenty of outside space and a good base for exploring Bideford and beyond without having to jump in the car each time. Nice view of tidal river. I recommend a visit to Cafeonboard for breakfast (EX39 2QQ - walk there - open Sat and Sun when we stayed).

Good location with spacious grass area overlooking estuary - very good. Info on local food pubs would have been useful. The property is very well equipped but the outside appears a bit neglected

You get value for money as it is not overpriced like some of the other properties nearby. In a great spot with lovely views of the river and only a short walk into Bideford town.
