Even though quite remote in the N/W of the island, the view onto the glen is spactaculous! Lovely village shop around the corner, very well equipped. We would recommend that cottage to our friends. Kitchen also very well equipped. Cottage is fenced with sheep around.

A lovely cottage in a secluded area of the Ilse of Skye. The cottage itself was very well equipped and felt like a second home. Some great restaurants locally but you will need to book ahead. The little shop in Glendale was really well stocked.

We have had three great weeks in this lovely house. It was a nice place to come back in the evening after having a nice day at the island.

Amazing place to stay, better than the advert suggested. The property is in a stunning location on Skye, pretty remote but well worth the drive to get there. There are sheep in the front field and its close to a cool post office/shop which is a bonus. The property is warm and cosy inside with comfy beds and furnishings, plenty of space for my wife Read moreand I and our daughter. It's also very well equipped, particularly if you like to cook (which we do!) Hope we can come back again one day. Hide

Fantastic place in Skye. Magical - we loved the sheep and lambs on the property. Beds very comfortable and kitchen fully equipped. Directions to house were very helpful and it was easy to get in. Beautiful hiking right out the back of the house and up the hill. General store at end of block has most things.

We loved the character of this croft and could see the attention to detail that the owner has given:lovely selection of books, delightful welcome package, superbly equipped kitchen, Skye soaps to name a few. Access to the property is via an uphill track with two large gates, which is not ideal when wet and muddy. However, the views of the glen and tRead morehe sheep each day were wonderful. We were comfortable and cosy throughout our stay and would recommend Sgurr Mor House to those looking for seclusion. Hide

We had an amazing week in this cottage. It's so cosy, everything you need is there and you have wonderfull views. Our children loved the sheep we also went to trotternish. But we also loved this more quiet part of the island. We did a walk here and it was as if we were alone in the world. You never have that on Trotternish . We also die the HighlanRead moredgames in Portree. Also an experience! Absolutely recommended! Wish I was still there! Hide

Lovely home from home, had everything that we needed and more - kitchen well equipped. Cosy, and very comfortable bed. Lovely location, community feel, love the little shop round the corner. Enjoyed having Sky TV for the evenings it meant we could have a movie on most nights! We hope to return with our children one day!
