A delightful bungalow set in a quiet location, yet within walking distance of the large sandy beach, this is the perfect base for exploring Cornwall's many attractions.

The property is located just a few minutes’ walk from Widemouth Bay’s expansive sandy beach, which is popular with both swimmers and surfers alike. It is also just a short coastal drive to the popular seaside town of Bude which has sandy beaches, shops, restaurants, cafes and a natural sea-water pool. With the close proximity to the A30, this is also a great base from which to explore the whole of North Devon and Cornwall. You can visit Tintagel, with its legends of King Arthur and the Knights of the Round Table, Boscastle, Hartland and the fishing village of Clovelly with its steep pedestrianised cobbled sreets. Other attractions and places of interest accessible from here also include The Milky Way and The Big Sheep theme parks, Tamar Otter Park and The Eden Project.

On entering the property, you will be mesmerised by the stunning views across to nearby Widemouth Bay, which can be enjoyed from the open-plan lounge/diner and the kitchen. This room is the heart of the house and as well as the Smart TV and DVD, there is a flame-effect electric fire, perfect for keeping the chill away on cooler days. The kitchen also enjoys sea views and is equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. There are two bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other with twin beds. The property’s bathroom has a shower over the bath and WC.

Outside the property, there is a small shingle area to the front, whilst to the rear there is a small enclosed, seaside style garden, set partially to patio, with picnic style furniture, barbecue, and views across to the beach. There is off-road parking for two cars.

Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.

Lovely little bungalow with everything you could need in a fantastic location. Stuck for choice of places to eat and black rock beach perfect for a dog. Only tiny thing that would help is a lock on garage to securely leave the bikes. The cream tea on arrival was icing on the cake. Would definitely recommend and would love to stay again. We loved this bungalow, it was in a perfect position and being able to see the sea while having your morning breakfast or evening tea was fab. Lovely, clean and everything you could want and an appreciative welcoming of scones, jam and cream and even milk was appreciative. We will definitely return as we enjoyed the location and was disappointed ouRead morer week had come to an end. The only criticism is that the hedges in the back garden were a bit overgrown so you couldn't sit out & see the sea. Hide

Great location, just a short walk from a great beach with a great cafe. Quiet cul de sac. House was a good size for the three of us. We missed an extra toilet !! Wonderful position with superb views of both sea and country. Bungalow well equipped and comfortable throughout. Very dog friendly, both location and secure rear garden. Some people have reported problems with access to the driveway. We had two cars, one large and one small. Neither had any problem.
