Both of these charming barn conversions are situated within the owners' 10 acre plot with sheep grazing in some fields . The grounds attract many forms of wildlife and offer walks through woodland, meadow land and around a deep pond, which guests are invited to enjoy responsibly. The cottage has been lovingly converted providing comfortable accommodation for up to two people. You’ll enjoy privacy and tranquillity on your stay yet you still have easy access to popular Cornish attractions including The Eden Project and several heritage sites. It’s also perfect for walkers with plenty of beautiful routes to explore in the West Looe Valley and Deerpark Forest. Other places to explore include the maritime city of Plymouth with its excellent shopping centre, the Hoe and Barbican to stroll around. Anthony, Looe, Polperro and Fowey are all excellent places to a fun day out too. Walkers can make the most of the proximity to the South West Coast Path.

This cosy property offers a romantic retreat or ideal bolthole for active visitors. It’s open plan living space is bright and airy with a comfortable lounge area featuring seating, TV, DVD and Freesat for entertainment. The compact kitchen space is equipped with oven with gas hob, microwave and fridge with freezer compartment. You can also enjoy home cooked meals in the cosy dining space with table and chairs. From the lounge via a step up, there is an ambient master king bedroom with a further step up to en-suite bathroom with shower over bath and WC. For washing facilities, there is access to a shared laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer that incurs a small charge payable to the owner.

The cottage offers a delightful outside space with patio and BBQ for outside dining, you can also make use of the shared grounds set in a backdrop of spectacular meadows and woodland. There is also ample off-road parking.

A well equipped,comfortable cottage where the owners have obviously given a great deal of thought to the design and interior decoration. The grounds are lovely and well maintained. A good location for the beach, coastal path and nearby attractions.

Lovely quiet location. Well equipped cottage with effective heating and hot water on demand, plenty of it. Comfy bed and sofa. The local pub (The Plough at Duloe) serves really fabulous food, beer and local cider and is dog friendly. It is 1.5 miles away and we walked it easily, despite there being no footpaths.
