A really lovely cottage, very homely and the enclosed garden was perfect for the dog. The area is very quiet even though it is just off of a main road, you wouldn't know it. The Kings Arms pub is a 2 minute walk, and does great food and drink, and the staff are very friendly. It is ideally situated for all the main Cotswold villages and Stratford oRead moren Avon. Great place to stay, house is excellent for those with dogs (we have 2 Lurchers) as garden is very secure and lots of nice walks close by. All the pubs were dog friendly but I can highly recommend a drive to the bell in alderminster as the food is great and plenty of dog friendly tables carpeted space around them.

Our stay at Mickleton Lodge was fantastic! The house was exceptionally clean, very comfortable and in a great location for countryside walks. Communication from the host was good and very accommodating, as we had a young baby with us. Would definitely stay here again!

A lovely well equipped cottage in a great location. On the first morning the toaster blew a fuse and the owner Trevor replaced the toaster same day. We have a terrier that is good at escaping but this garden was well enclosed.
