Apartment in a superb seaside location, within walking distance of some of Cornwall’s finest beaches, surf schools and restaurants.

This property has a prime location just 400 yards from the expansive sandy beach at Porth, and sits right opposite the tucked away beach Whipsiderry Beach, which offers a magical seaside experience, with sheltered sunbathing, quiet sands, caves, and rock pools. There are steep steps to reach Whipsiderry, but the climb is definitely worth it. This part of Cornwall attracts a diverse crowd, from surfers out to catch a wave to foodies visiting Jamie Oliver’s beachside Fifteen restaurant, which is accessible from the property via a beach front walk. Whether you want an active or relaxed holiday, there is much to be enjoyed here for all visitors.

This beachfront apartment benefits from a large, open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner with views over the sea and a balcony which is perfect for relaxing and listening to the waves with a drink in hand. If you tire of gazing out over the ocean, you may want to relax in front of the TV/DVD. The kitchen area is well equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, and washer/dryer. The property’s two bedrooms are both understated and tranquil: the first, has a king size bed and an en-suite shower room with WC, whilst the other, a twin, has a TV for playing DVDs. The main bathroom has a shower over bath and WC.

French doors from the lounge area lead out onto the enclosed seafront balcony, which has seating from which to enjoy the view. Parking for one car is provided in the form of a designated, undercover space.

Extremely clean, modern and well-organised apartment with everything we needed to enjoy our holiday. Superb location - we are keen hikers and to step out of the front door and straight onto the South West Coast path was just perfect. We already miss the sea views! We'll be back :)

Lovely welcome from the owner with Prosecco, milk, card and dog treats. Very thoughtful and greatly appreciated. Apartment is superb with a stunning view and delightful decor. Property is in a great location. The property has everything you need for a week or longer break. Fantastic view from the balcony, especially on an evening. We were a family of 5 and the property was fine for the time we spent there. Well appointed kitchen and 2 bathrooms with showers. The location has you on the beaches most of the time.
