The immediate area is steeped in maritime and smuggling history and is renowned for having one of the best climates in England. Head towards the coast and visit traditional Cornish villages such as Mullion, Porthleven and Coverack. Attractions in the area include The Minack Theatre, National Seal Sanctuary, Flambards Theme Park, and the Tate Gallery at St Ives, to name just a few.
The property is approached by a flight of eight granite steps and on entering you step straight into a beautiful light and airy open-plan lounge/diner. There is a Smart TV with Netflix and a Ruark audio system with DAB radio, dining table and seating for two. The galley kitchen is well-equipped and offers an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. Off the hallway is the bathroom with shower over bath and WC and then completing this charming snug is the spacious luxurious double bedroom.
Leisure facilities: shared heated outdoor swimming pool (open from May to the end of September, weather permitting), changing room and WC. Outside: access to 23 acres of farmland with sheep, chickens and horses, picnic areas, walks and access to public footpaths and ample private off-road parking.
