Set in the beautiful Norfolk countryside and close to the stunning coastline. The complex offers an apartment and a barn conversion both of which have been lovingly finished and furnished to the perfect holiday accommodation.

Situated a short drive to the coast and the delightful towns of Cromer and Sheringham, with thriving high streets and places to eat. For stunning beaches head to Cromer, Holkham or Sheringham. Take a boat from Blakeney to see the Seals at Blakeney Point.. Local attractions include the National Trust properties at Felbrigg and Blickling. Museums at Cromer and the Mo at Sheringham. For family days out head to The Dinosaur Adventure Park, Bewilderwood and the popular Pensthorpe. No trip to Norfolk would be complete without a trip to Norwich with its Castle, Cathedrals, theatres and shop

This stunning barn conversion, all on one level with stylish furnishing is the perfect retreat, guest enter into a spacious open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner: A well equipped kitchen having an  electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge with ice compartment and coffee machine, the dining area has a good size table with  bench seating and chairs, the lounge area has comfort able sofas and a Smart TV. There are two double bedrooms, the master double bedroom with French doors leading on the enclosed patio area, exposed timber beams, TV.  Having an en suite bathroom comprising of bath with shower over, WC and wash hand basin, a second double bedroom with TV an en suite bathroom with bath and shower over, WC and wash hand basin.

Outside:  An enclosed patio area with an outdoor area, garden furniture, hot tub and BBQ.

Lovely stay in close proximity to lots of natural and landmark attractions. Hottub is a plus for this cottage. Main road can be noisy but you get used to it.

Absolutely stunning cottage that really was perfect for 2 couples. The bedrooms and en-suites were really generous and to a high spec. Good quality linens, high end electrical equipment and a perfectly manicured outside area. The road noise that some reviews mention really wasn't an issue for us. Beautiful converted stable with well equipped kitchen and everything we needed to enjoy a perfect holiday. Welcome hamper was a lovely surprise with some essentials and delicious treats. Definitely recommend a visit.

This was our third time staying at these cottages, the cottage is comfortable and the facilities are ideal. The location is ideal for exploring round North Norfolk, as its not too far to the Broads or Wells by the Sea. The hot tub is the icing on the cake.

Lovely cottage and generally well equipped. Very clean and well presented. The hot tub was a bonus and enjoyed by all. Its a shame its on such a busy road especially for those sleeping the front bedroom. Not a hindrance but traffic noise heard but soon got use to it. Very clean and nicely decorated property. Convenient location for access to Cromer and the Norfolk coast. Good facilities and lovely welcome pack. Enjoyed using the hot tub in the cottage's private courtyard. Road noise is definitely intrusive especially from some of the motorbikes going by at unsociable hours. What a beautiful find in a beautiful part of Norfolk. The welcome pack was a really lovely touch, everything was thought out so you felt at home the minute you walked in the door. Lauren was a great host, not that we needed her but text replied to immediately. Hot tub was a wonderful wind down at the end of the day

Lovely spacious cottage. very comfortable and well maintained and very friendly helpful owners. Set in location where it is easy to drive to lots of areas for dog-walks, beaches and places of historical interest.

Beautiful barn very central and easy to get to the beaches. However the road noise is horrendous if sleeping in bedroom on the road . Be careful of door handles easily catch your hand.

The door knobs are very difficult to manage bother the front and patio doors. Easy to trap your fingers

The cottage was clean but noisy as it faces onto a main road. The mattresses and pillows were not very comfortable.

Spacious, clean and quality accommodation with excellent WiFi and hot tub. It is a little noisy at peak times with the road, but that does quieten down later in the evening.

This holiday let is perfectly situated for a coastal break. Just a few minutes drive to Cromer or Sheringham and a lovely little gallery/shop/dog-friendly coffee place just a few minutes up the road as well. Every comfort has been anticipated. Lovely cottage very clean and modern. It was in a excellent location for touring around Norfolk.Good off-road parking for two cars. Nice enclosed outside area with table and chairs. It was close to a busy road which could be noisy especially in one of the bedrooms.

A very pleasant modern conversion of a small single story farm outbuilding. Spacious and airy, always warm, with a small private sunny courtyard for dinning outdoors. Own parking area. Situated only 5 minutes easy drive from Cromer and nearby villages. Expect some traffic noise due to nearby roads but if you are used to a bit of traffic, should notRead more be enough to put you off. Lovely stay at the stables, 2 and half mile into cromer with is very handy, traffic can be noisey at times but it didn't put me off. Very comfortable and clean, lovely court yard which gets plenty of sun. Welcome gift was nice too.

The property is lovely. We had a great stay. It's situated near to Cromer and several other towns and villages are well within reach. There are lots of places to visit locally and a handy nearby pub. We would definitely visit again.
