Ground-floor apartment situated in the popular seaside town of Woolacombe in North Devon, with the town’s amenities, including shops, eateries and the large sandy beach all within walking distance.

This apartment is located in the heart of the seaside town of Woolacombe, a popular destination for holidaymakers, mainly thanks to the town’s stunning sandy beach which stretches on for an impressive three miles and is manned by lifeguards from Easter to September. More adventurous types may like to try their hand at a new water sport, such as kayaking, surfing, or stand-up paddleboarding, lessons in which are all available at the beachside surf school. For those who fancy spending some time away from the beach, there is plenty to see and do in the area, including Combe Martin Wildlife Park, Watermouth Castle, boat rides from Ilfracombe harbour, and Exmoor National Park.

On entering this ground-floor apartment, guests will find the spacious open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner, with its huge corner sofa and TV/DVD in the lounge area, making this a great space in which to relax and unwind. The dining area, on the other side of the room, has a table seating six, next to which the raised kitchen area is reached via one step up. Guests will find everything they need here in the contemporary kitchen, including an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, and washing machine. The apartment has two bedrooms, the first of which is a spacious double room with its own TV/DVD, and has space for an additional fold-out single bed which can be provided on request. This room benefits from an en-suite shower and WC, so there is no queuing for the bathroom in the mornings. The second bedroom is a cosy twin room and there is another shower room with WC.

There is roadside parking available near to the apartment, for which a parking permit is provided in peak season.

Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.

Lovely, bright apartment close to the shops, cafes and beach...we would definitely recommend and hope to return ourselves.

A lovely property to stay at in a fantastic location. The only downside is there is no private garden or outside area to sit in. Parking outside on the road wasn't a problem as permits were provided.
