Grade II listed detached barn in a pretty hamlet located on the Herefordshire Worcestershire Borders which is a great base to explore the area

One of the few cruck barns throughout the UK, which has been sympathetically restored and renovated. With a wealth of history dating back to the 16th century, with its original frame blending beautifully with contemporary open-plan living, perfect for family and friends coming together whatever the time of year.

Located in a beautiful  rural landscape with its patchwork fields and views of the Malvern Hills along with a vast network of rivers and canals provides an excellent playground for lovers of the outdoors and a picturesque place for relaxation. Little Green offers easy access to the Cities of Worcester and Hereford with a history of industry and architecture. The Malvern Hills and Bromyard downs both providing excellent opportunities for walking and cycling for all levels of ability. Also well served by the National Trust with The Brockhampton Estate, Hanbury Hall and Gardens, Grey Friars House and Gardens and Croome Court all close by. Attractions and market towns in the area include Bewdley home to the Severn Valley Steam Railway, Upton on Severn and Tewkesbury.

When entering the detached barn you will find a well-equipped kitchen with electric oven and hob, dishwasher and fridge/freezer, coffee machine and Bluetooth speaker, there is a separate utility room with washing machine and microwave.  Just off the kitchen you will find a separate dining room on the ground floor which is perfect to relax over supper after a day of exploring the area. Also on the first floor you will find a double bedroom and twin bedroom together with a family bathroom comprising of bath, shower and WC. On the first floor you will find the lounge complete with woodburner (first basket of logs included), TV and DVD together with seating and additional large bean bags and original features, just off the lounge is located the super king size bedroom complete with TV and en-suite shower with WC.

Outside you will find a luxury all year around weather covered hot tub with dining and lounge furniture , gas fired BBQ and garden area. The property also has ample parking and accepts up to 3 well-behaved dogs (to be kept on the lead when in the garden).

 

Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.

The barn is absolutely lovely. We were a family of 6 adults and there was plenty of space for us all. Made good use of the out door space due to the lovely weather we had. The hot tub and large seating area were a big asset, along with the bbq. Everything you need is there, they have thought of everything!

Very nice and spacious Rooms have individual thermostat- We enjoyed the hot tub. Although it was overlooked by another property we never felt overlooked We had a lovely time as a family, cooking eating, sitting and chatting around the island in the kitchen

This cottage was perfect for our short break, we only wish we had longer! The facilities were excellent and everything was spotless. The owners are very welcoming. The hot tub very relaxing and again very clean. Would 100% recommend staying at the Cruck barn.
