This property enjoys a fantastic location almost right on the beach at Westward Ho! with its two mile wide stretch of sand, which makes it a popular destination with families, beach-lovers, and water sports enthusiasts alike. To one side of the beach, Northam Burrows Country Park is a haven for marine wildlife and offers a shady break from the beach amongst the sand dunes. For those who want to explore a bit further afield, there is plenty to see and do within a ten minute drive of the property, including The Big Sheep, the historic harbour town of Bideford and the pretty fishing village of Appledore.

This contemporary first-floor apartment is accessed via a flight of external stairs leading to the front door of the property, which opens directly onto the stylish open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner, with its stunning sea views which can be enjoyed from the inviting sofa and armchairs. Should guests ever tire of gazing out to sea, there is a Netflix enabled Smart TV as well as Bluetooth speakers to provide entertainment. The light filled kitchen area has been thoughtfully planned to provide everything that guests need including an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. Guests who require use of a washing machine can find one in the shared laundry room. The apartment has two bedrooms, both of which have their own TV/DVD and DAB radio; the first of these is a king-size room with an en-suite shower and WC, whilst the second is a twin room. The bathroom offers a relaxing spa bath and WC.

To the front of the property, accessed through large patio doors from the lounge area, is an enclosed glass-fronted balcony, which has a table and chairs from which to admire the sea views and unwind with alfresco drinks.

This property was absolutely beautiful, clean and bright with lovely decor and well laid out. The view and the position in Westward Ho was just right for us and will definitely return as we cant think of anything that we would change.
