This Georgian cottage is located in the grounds of a manor house. Together with the neighbouring three cottages the property shares use of an outdoor swimming pool, tennis court, walled garden and BBQ area. This comfortable cottage provides the ideal base for exploring the area.

Castle Howard and the historical houses such as Burton Agnes and Sledmere provide a great day out for the whole family. The Deep in Hull, the beautiful and varied coastline, Flamingo Land, North Yorkshire Steam Railway are other attractions. The Historical city of York boasts an abundance of shops, cafes and restaurants to enjoy. Touring the unspoilt Yorkshire Wolds by car is a pleasure in itself. The popular footpaths 'Wolds Way' and 'Minster Way' are nearby and specific farm fields allocated for dog walking. Leisure Facilities: outdoor pool and tennis court. Pool hours: Sunday - Friday 07:00 - 17:00, 18:30 - 20:00. Sauna by arrangement.

The accommodation offers TWO bedrooms: 1 double with TV and 1 twin with TV. Bathroom: with shower over bath and WC. Lounge: open fire and TV. Kitchen/diner: electric oven and hob, washing machine, dishwasher and fridge. Outside: courtyard area with bench seating. Amenities: off-road parking. Bed linen, towels, electric, central heating and Wi-Fi included. Regret no smoking. 2 dogs welcome. Additional info: smoking in designated patio area. Foldable bed available upon request. Location: shop 2 miles and pub within walking distance.

 

Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.

A great family cottage from which to base your holiday. Plenty to do within a car rides distance. Similarly a lovely location to sit and read or enjoy the pool.
