In a super quiet location not far from stunning Lunan Bay & more local East Haven beach then Carnoustie & Arbroath with restaurants & supermarkets, the cottage had all we wanted on our doorstep. Crombie & Monike country parks just a 5/10 min drive is ideal for a quiet walk with the dogs. The cottage was very comfortable & the decor clean & fresh. TRead morehe huge shower in the modern bathroom was most welcomed. The kitchen was well equipped & we loved the dining/sun room. John is a lovely host. Hide

A lovely cottage with everything required for our stay. We enjoyed the peace and quiet of the location and watching the harvesters outside the window. Short drive or cycle to supermarket. Would visit again. Thank you.

Good location, nice sun house but not much of a garden for children or for playing garden games (no grass).

We had a lovely time. Everything we needed was there. The cottage was clean and comfortable and the gas coal fire was lovely in the evenings. The gardens were great for the grandchildren and they loved the playhouse also garden was fenced in so we could let the dog out without continually checking on him. John welcomed us and was always available. Read morePlenty of places to go visit within a close distance. Could if stayed another week easily. Hide

Do something with the en-suite, change the mattress, provide two keys, make sure the outside lights work as it is total darkness.

The location was very quiet and centrally placed for easy access to the many places of interest in the area. We considered this to be ideal, but the accommodation was in need of some improvements. The ensuite was badly in need of refurbishment and required a heated towel rail instead of the inadequate radiator.
