The property is ideally positioned for walks to both the iconic north beach and long sandy expanse of the south. Boating trips are available from the pretty harbour, offering fishing, general coastal fun and even a visit to the monastery on nearby Caldey Island. Tenby is undoubtedly one of the most popular coastal towns in the country, with cobbled streets, breathtaking beaches and true seaside charm. It is easy to see why guests have had an enduring love for the ‘town of the little fishes’ since Victorian times. A host of other family attractions are a short drive away, such as Heatherton, Manor House Zoo, Folly Farm and Wales’ largest theme park, Oakwood. For those looking for a little more culture, there are historical landmarks such as Carew Castle and Pembroke Castle just a short drive away.

Step into the light, spacious hallway and hang up your coats. There is a lounge with high ceilings and electric fireplace to your left, where you can snuggle up on the comfortable sofas and watch a film together. There is also a little snug around the corner for little ones to enjoy, or perhaps just to curl up with a good book. Further down the hallway and down a couple of steps, you will find a lovely dining room which is ideal for meals with family and friends. This leads through to the traditional kitchen which is well-equipped to cook and prepare meals during your holiday. Upstairs you will find 3 bedrooms, all with freshly laundered bedding and towels. An ideal place to rest at the end of the day.

Heading outside, you will find an enclosed garden with table and chairs, a perfect spot for alfresco dining.

This cottage is fantastic. Clean, spacious and very well equipped. Location is perfect. The road itself is quiet and it was lovely sitting in the pretty garden. However go to the end of the roads and you are at the bustling town full of souvenier shops, ice creams and plenty of places to eat or the beautiful beaches so best of both worlds. Rowland House is an absolute Gem!! It is spacious, well equipped and very clean. There is off road parking and the garden is lovely, a beautiful sun-trap. The house is on a very quiet road just outside the Tenby Town Walls, so a really handy location for all shops, pubs, restaurants and it is less than a 2 minute walk away from the beautiful safe sRead moreandy beaches. Had a lovely welcome. The house is well equipped and is well kept too. Ideal for all ages and location was absolutely brilliant. Had a lot of activities and facilities for a range of ages.
