The area surrounding the cottage has much to see and do, whether guests fancy a quiet countryside break, or a busy holiday filled with activities. Crewkerne, just 2 miles down the road, is perfect for an afternoon browsing the shops and enjoying a coffee or of an evening having dinner in one of the dog-friendly pubs. This single storey property makes a great place for a couple to enjoy a quiet and relaxing break. The main living space is a light-filled open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner which has huge bi-fold doors which allow guests to open up the space onto the patio. We found the cottage to be very clean, comfy and well appointed. The welcome pack was a lovely touch, though we didn't need all of it. The location was peaceful and quiet, and the absence of street lights meant you could even see the stars. Great stay and cottage.
