Set within a 45-acre farm, this property is surrounded by fields of sheep and horses, with resident peacocks and doves also nearby. A major cycle route can be found at the edge of the grounds, offering wonderful rides through the Conwy Valley. Conwy itself is a World Heritage Site and home to a 13th century castle together with a selection of independent shops, restaurants and a fishing harbour. Nature lovers will be spoilt for choice between Bodnant Gardens, the RSPB reserve and on-site wildlife excursions, which are available by arrangement. Other nearby attractions include Llandudno, Betws-y-Coed and the Isle of Anglesey.

Inside, the accommodation is spacious and open-plan with a fresh, modern feel and plenty of natural light. Prepare delicious meals in the contemporary kitchen area, before dining at the farmhouse table nearby, which enjoys garden views on two sides. The relaxing lounge area sits in sunlight beneath a large Velux window and opens onto the garden through glass patio doors, perfect for summer afternoons. Also on the ground floor is a well-presented king-size bedroom with tasteful antique furniture, tiled flooring and an en-suite wet room with shower. Upstairs, a spacious twin bedroom is served by a compact shower room. There is also a charming upstairs snug area with a desk and chair for doing work while away.

Outside, there is a beautifully-maintained garden with a picnic bench, BBQ, wildlife pond and large lawn area for the whole family to enjoy.  

Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.

The cottage was well-maintained, well-equipped and extremely comfortable. The setting is beautiful and the large private garden with pond delightful. We enjoyed getting to know the peacocks. The cottage is in an excellent location for exploring the North Wales Coast and Snowdonia. A car is essential to get to Conway but there are lots of rail conneRead morections from there or Llandudno junction. There was far too much for us to squeeze into one week. We had a fantastic stay in Glyn Bach cottage in the first week of July 2019. The location is superb, not only because of the beautiful landscape, but also its proximity to so many of North Wales' attractions and beauty spots. The cottage was perfect for my mother and I and very comfortable. Outside we were able to enjoy the enclosed garden and the Read morewildlife around the pond. Can't wait to stay again! Hide

Lovely cottage on a farm which is dog friendly. Wonderful fenced garden with pond . Great walk in woods nearby for the dogs. Well equipped cottage.. Plenty of parking but access down a steep slope which you had to walk to. Good central place for exploring North Wales. Dogs not allowed in upstairs bedroom but have free run downstairs. We were pleased when we entered the cottage as the decor and facilities were excellent for us. The garden is superb and we were very happy to let our dog out to play on his own as it is secure. Very dog friendly place and is in a great spot for sightseeing.

Great location to explore North Wales from. Property excellent in every way. Plenty to do on the surrounding farm land and Only a short drive to the major attractions in the area.
