The cottage was clean, comfortable and well equipped. The location is excellent: quiet, but with a frequent bus to Edinburgh stopping just around the corner. In addition, after a couple of hundred yards the road becomes a footpath/cycle way for some miles; and Roslin Castle and Glen are only a few minutes away on foot (turn right down the lane direRead morectly after the car park for Roslin Chapel). A very well renovated and comfortable small, pretty cottage with off road parking and a shared garden. Just a few minutes walk to Rosslyn Chapel and village amenities such as a cafe, a gastropub and a small supermarket. There is a frequent bus service from the village to Princes Street in central Edinburgh.

Lovely cottage in a great location only a few minutes walk from Rosslyn Chapel. Idiosyncratic TV set up as you have to point the controller at a Sky box in a cupboard in a different room! A bit lacking in some crockery items if we were to be picky. Overall though would recommend and a good base for Edinburgh and the surrounding area.
