Located down a private lane this detached single storey property boasts its own private access path to the nearby beach. It is a perfect family retreat to explore the Lincolnshire coastline and countryside Wolds.

Anderby Creek is an unspoilt rural hamlet located on the coast. Away from all the hustle and bustle of the traditional seaside towns, the unspoilt location is perfect for those wanting to relax and explore. Anderby Beach is an attractive sandy beach set between Skegness and Mablethorpe. If you are keen on nature and wildlife why not visit Natureland Seal Sanctuary or Gibraltar Point National Nature Reserve. Head along to Skegness Pier and enjoy the traditional family amusements. For the active folk there is an abundance of walks and cycle routes waiting to be enjoyed and for the keen golfer Sandilands Golf Course is nearby.

On entering this spacious bungalow, a good size lounge with TV/DVD, fire place with feature fire, patio doors leading to the garden, The kitchen/diner is well equipped having an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge and dishwasher. A shower room with a double walkin shower cubicle, WC and wash hand basin. There are two bedrooms a double bedroom and a twin bedroom.

Outside: A patio with seating, a large grassed area with private access to the beach. To the front of the property, there is ample off road parking.

Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.

Our 5th time at Seathorn - I think that speaks for itself! It is quiet with a direct little private path to the beach, shops close by. Dog friendly long, long, long beach. It's perfect because you can do as little or as much as you like. It's cosy in winter or you can have all the doors open in summer. I would highly recommend Seathorn to couples, Read moresmall families with or without dogs - however a huge enclosed (terrier proof) garden is ideal for your dogs! Hide

Just about the most comfortable holiday cottage we have ever enjoyed. Seathorn is light and airy, well equipped and furnished and wonderfully private. The lounge is very comfortable with essential tv/dvd and wifi. The bedrooms are nicely furnished and quiet. The bathroom has a great walk-in shower. The kitchen is large and well-equipped, with a hanRead moredy door to the garden. Seathorn is ideally situated on a private road with easy access to the clean sandy beach just behind the cottage. This is our 2nd holiday at this accommodation and we absolutely love it gate at the back goes straight onto the dunes then the beach you can walk for miles also the garden is large and secure our cocker spaniel had great time !

The bungalow we stayed in was really nice, the location for dog lovers is perfect, quiet peaceful with the gate at the rear takes you right onto the beach which is wonderful, its a perfect location us.

Superb location near a wonderful beach. It's well equipped, very comfortable and clean. Very difficult to find any faults with this very comfortable bungalow. If all you want to do is walk on the beach it's difficult to beat.

Fantastic location - great access over dune to the beack. Ameities close by but property peaceful and beautifully secluded. Comfortable, well equipped and well furninshed - with really comfy beds and beautifully soft bed linen. Great garden - long and private. Would stay again!

We had a fantastic time at Seathorn. Private path to the beach, big garden for the kids, plenty of room in the house with a lovely kitchen. Short walk to the beach cafe for excellent breakfasts or coffee and cake. We would definately return here.

A lovely quiet location which was perfect considering the difficulties the country is facing. Loved the fact we could access the beach from the back garden. Favourite walk was south to Chapel six marshes then back along the beach.

Stunning property with large secure dog friendly garden and close to beach. Property was spotlessly clean and everything you could need. Only observation, we had two large dogs, very small dogs might find an escape route.

Excellent location for dogs. Lovely quiet beach and accessible from back garden. A fantastic peaceful place. Our two dogs loved it especially the large garden which is 100% enclosed and safe. We will definitely be returning to Sea thorn.

Good quiet location with direct access to beach and enclosed garden, so ideal for the dog. Visitors should be aware that Anderby Creek clearly closes for the winter, so despite the caravans on the edge of the village it is very quiet, but there are no facilities such as cafes and pubs open in the village itself. We had a really enjoyable stay at Seathorne. The property was very modern, warm and cosy, with a very well equipped kitchen. We enjoyed some lovely walks along the beach with direct access from the property. We visited the Creek Tavern a couple of times and enjoyed the company of the very friendly locals. A very comfortable well appointed cottage with a safe well sized garden for our Golden Retriever, Seathorn's location was perfect with easy access over the dunes to the beach which was perfect, we are definitely rebooking for next year as this was all it was described as and more. The bungalow was in the perfect location for access to the beach, our dogs loved it & got plenty of exercise, walking along the beach as the sun set was the perfect end to a busy day. The large garden was a bonus although its not completely dog proof as our smallest dog did manage to squeeze under the fence.

Cleaner and tidier than last year so good we have already booked for next year. The dogs love it here and so do we location is great for walking. Beach empty so good for walking dogs.

Such a great beach location, basically just out of your backgate! Beautiful, clean and mostly deserted beach. Our stay just happened to be the heatwave week so we were on it everyday and enjoyed every second. The house was well equipped and very comfortable, couldn't fault it. the bungalow has all you want ,no washing machine though ,one up the road ,loved the BIG freezer as well as the WINE /BEER COOLER could probably need wardrobes in bedrooms but what was there was good enough for a week stay,made good use of the cupboard in the hall for clothes hanging,all in all a well positioned bungalow,neat clean tidy

The cottage is in a fantastic location with private access to a lovely quiet beach, down a peaceful private lane. Although there are some holiday homes nearby there is no noise from this whatsoever.. Apart from the comments above the cottage was extremely clean and well equipped. I have back problems but the double bed was very comfortable. The garden was ideal for our two dogs - totally enclosed and very safe. It was close to the beach and not far from other places of interest.
